1. In which currency are the TRATON shares traded on NASDAQ in Stockholm?
The shares of TRATON are denominated in Euro (EUR). The price will be determined in EUR, and will be converted into Swedish Krona (SEK) for Swedish Retail Investors and institutional investors who have elected to place their orders in SEK, as calculated based on the respective EUR / SEK exchange rate. This stipulates that the trades in TRATON shares on Nasdaq Stockholm will be done in SEK.

2. May shareholders from outside the Eurozone be subject to foreign currency exchange rate risk?
An investment in TRATON shares by an investor whose principal currency is not the Euro is, exposed to foreign currency exchange rate risk. Any depreciation of the Euro in relation to an investor’s principal currency will reduce the value of the investment to the investor.

Having its registered seat in the Federal Republic of Germany, TRATON is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, subject to the provisions of the SE Regulation. This also applies to the trading of shares in Sweden.

6. How can I transfer the shares in Sweden?
A shareholder holding his or her Shares in the Euroclear Sweden settlement system for trading on the regulated market of Nasdaq Stockholm, may instruct his or her custody bank to transfer the Shares to a securities account belonging to such shareholder that is connected to the Clearstream settlement system for trading on the regulated market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The same applies to transfers from the Clearstream settlement system to Euroclear Sweden, to make the Shares tradable on the regulated market of Nasdaq Stockholm. Until such transfer has been completed, the affected Shares cannot be traded.
