    1. In which currency are the TRATON shares traded on NASDAQ in Stockholm?
      The shares of TRATON are denominated in Euro (EUR). The price will be determined in EUR, and will be converted into Swedish Krona (SEK) for Swedish Retail Investors and institutional investors who have elected to place their orders in SEK, as calculated based on the respective EUR / SEK exchange rate. This stipulates that the trades in TRATON shares on Nasdaq Stockholm will be done in SEK.
    2. May shareholders from outside the Eurozone be subject to foreign currency exchange rate risk?
      An investment in TRATON shares by an investor whose principal currency is not the Euro is, exposed to foreign currency exchange rate risk. Any depreciation of the Euro in relation to an investor’s principal currency will reduce the value of the investment to the investor.
    3. In which currency do I receive the dividend?
      Dividends will be paid by TRATON in EUR. Shareholders who hold their shares through the Swedish settlement system, Euroclear Sweden AB (“Euroclear Sweden”), will receive the dividend payment in EUR. If such a Shareholder does not hold an account to which payments can be made in EUR, the dividend payment will be converted and paid in SEK.
    4. What kind of shares are traded in Sweden? Is there a difference to Germany?
      In contrast to bearer shares, which are traded in Germany, TRATON shares in Sweden are registered shares in the name of the shareholder, in which the name, date of birth and address of the owner are entered in the share register of the company.
    5. What is the law governing the trading of TRATON shares in Sweden?
      Having its registered seat in the Federal Republic of Germany, TRATON is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, subject to the provisions of the SE Regulation. This also applies to the trading of shares in Sweden.
    6. How can I transfer the shares in Sweden?
      A shareholder holding his or her Shares in the Euroclear Sweden settlement system for trading on the regulated market of Nasdaq Stockholm, may instruct his or her custody bank to transfer the Shares to a securities account belonging to such shareholder that is connected to the Clearstream settlement system for trading on the regulated market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The same applies to transfers from the Clearstream settlement system to Euroclear Sweden, to make the Shares tradable on the regulated market of Nasdaq Stockholm. Until such transfer has been completed, the affected Shares cannot be traded.

        The protection of your personal rights during the processing of personal data is of the utmost concern to companies in TRATON Group. We process personal data in compliance with the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and in accordance with the legal regulations of the country in which the controller of the data processing is located. Furthermore, TRATON companies have undertaken to provide comprehensive and uniform protection of personal data through the implementation of a binding Group policy. Within TRATON, this ensures a level of protection worldwide, which is comparable to that in Germany and the European Union. Moreover, our employees are obliged to maintain confidentiality with regard to the handling of personal data.

    2. Collection and processing of personal data
      1. Purpose limitation
        TRATON processes personal data in the context of the shareholder relationship as described in more detail below, and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Federal Data Protection Act (FDPA) and stock corporation law.

        The shares of TRATON are exclusively bearer shares (Inhaberaktien). These shares are held by Clearstream in Frankfurt and, in some instances, by Euroclear in Sweden as well.
      2. Data sources
        Your personal data is collected by TRATON from the shareholder directory of Euroclear Sweden being partially open to the public.

        Shares which are solely held by Clearstream in Frankfurt are not included in a German shareholder directory. The relevant personal data are collected by TRATON directly from you.
      3. Intended purpose of processing activities
        TRATON processes your personal data to:
        • Prepare general meetings of its shareholders; and
        • Respond to investors’ questions relating to single shareholders (i.e. to communicate with the relevant investors).
        The processed data can be classified into the following data categories:
        • Name and contact data, date of birth;
        • Details on the shareholder relationship such as the number of held shares, categories of ownership of shares;
        • Number of admission ticket for general meetings of shareholders, issuance of powers of attorney or instructions.
        The aforementioned processing activities are justified by the following legal bases:
        • Balancing of interests (Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR): Legitimate interests of investors to know the identity of single shareholders.
        • Compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), in particular to conduct general meetings of shareholders (e.g. Art. 54(1) SE Regulation) and to contact the shareholders for this purpose.
    3. Transfer of personal data
      Your personal data will be disclosed to service providers commissioned by us in the framework of order processing, including to prepare general meetings of shareholders. In the context of general meetings of shareholders, other shareholders can access your personal data contained in participant directories (see Art. 53 SE Regulation in connection with Section 129 Stock Corporation Act).

      If we are required to comply with country-specific legal requirements regarding the disclosure of your personal data, e.g. for transfer to financial authorities, courts, and auditors, we will fulfil this obligation.
    4. Data storage and erasure
      We erase your personal data as soon as it is no longer required for the purposes stated above. Your personal data is stored for as long as we are required to do so by law, or for as long as statutory limitation periods apply. This regular arises due to legal obligations to provide proof and preserve records, governed by legislation including the law on stock companies, the Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch (BGB – German Civil Code), Handelsgesetzbuch (HGB – German Commercial Code), and the Abgabenordnung (AO – German Tax Code). Beyond this, data is only saved if there are further statutory or contractual storage obligations to do so.
    5. Your rights
      You have the right to be informed about the data that relates to you, and the right to rectify your data. Provided that there are no statutory regulations to the contrary, you also have the right to erase your data, and the right to restrict the processing of your data. You also have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing which produces effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you.
      You further have the right to object to the processing of your data under certain conditions.
      In the event of complaints, there is the possibility to contact a data protection supervisory authority.
    6. Automated decision-making
      We do not perform automated individual decision-making within the meaning of Art. 22 (1) and (4) of the GDPR.
    7. Safety
      TRATON uses technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against accidental or premeditated manipulation, loss and destruction, and access by unauthorized persons. Our security measures, such as data encryption, are regularly improved in accordance with technological development.
